All tiles we provide are safe for outdoor use.

Will We Love Mosaic install my mosaic?

Sorry that we do not provide the installation service but it is easy to install! All sheets will be labeled by different numbers. You just need to lay the mesh backings accordingly and grout!

What maintenance does mosaic require?

It’s stain resistant and you can use almost any cleaning agents to keep it clean.

Is there a guarantee or warranty in case some tiles are loose or damaged during the transportation process?

We will provide some spare tiles in the final product and you can replace it easily. All of your products come with a 1-year warranty.

How will the tiles packaged?

The package will be safely packaged by carton boxes. As your mosaic will be created on seperate mesh sheets, the size of your package is not as big as your total dimension of the design.
